BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Light House Road
distant three hundred and eighteen feet and Six tenths of a foot
northwesterly from the intersection of the said southwesterly side
Of Light House Road with the northerly side of Sound View Avenue;
running thence south forty-nine degrees, fifty-six minutes, ten seconds
west four hundred fifty-four feetrand forty-six one-hundredths of
a foot; thence north forty-one degrees, forty-six minutes, forty -
seconds west twenty-five feet; thence south forty-nine degrees,
fifty-six minutes, ten seconds west fifteen feet to a point on the
northeasterly line of land now or formerly of Walter T. Smith, the
last three courses being along'the land now or formerly of Lillie
C. Hummel; thence north forty-one degrees, forty-six minutes, forty
seconds west along the land now or formerly of Walter T. Smith
seventy-five feet to land now or formerly of Jane Wishart; thence
north forty-nine degrees, fifty-four minutes, no seconds east along
the land now orformerly of Jane Wishart and other lands four hundred
seventy-one feet and twenty-nine one-hundredths of a foot more or
less to the said southwesterly side of Light House Road; thence along

IT BEING the intention to convey to the party of the second part,by
this instrument, the moat southerly portion of, and all the remainder
of the premises, now owned by the party of the first part, which were
conveyed to the pparty of the first part by deed made by Dorothy Dwyer
dated May 19, 19rF� and recorded in the Of ice of the Clerk of 9uf£olk
County on May 2$ 1948 in Liber 2829, page 492, of Deeds.
