Overton at the southerly corner of land now or formerly of Alexander T. Williams; running thence along said land of Jonathan T. Overton South 51 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 274.03 feet to land now or formerly of S. B. Fischer; thence along said land of Fischer and then along land now or formerly of Charles S. Wither- spoon, North 64 degrees 50 minutes West 610 feet, more or less, to high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence northeasterly along said high water mark of Long Island Sound 246.6 feet, more or less, to said land of Williams; thence along said lands of Williams South 64 degrees 50 minutes East 700 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in Long Island Sound abutting. ` ALSO with a right of way 20 feet in width from Horton Lane to the pre ' mines, the southeasterly line of Which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of Horton Lane 25 feet southeasterly along said line from the point of beginning of the curve in said line as altered in 1941; running thence on a curve to the left whose center is the Rof curve in said line of Horton Lane and whose. radius is 25 feet, a distance on said curve of 39.27 feet; thence westerly on acurve to the HAM PmE322 left and concentric with the northerly line of Horton Lana and at all points distant 25 feet therefrom, a distance on sa}d curve of 87.54 feet; thence North 14 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East 1$1.95 feet to the southwesterly line of the premises Herein described. Subject to a right of way 20 feet in width, the southeasterly line o which begins at the terminus of the last described right of way and runs across the premises, two courses, as follows: (1) North 22 degrees 30 minutes West 170 feet; thence (2) North 25 degrees 10 minutes East. 130 feet to the northeasterly line of the premises. Excepting, however, from the above premises lands heretofore conveye by the party of the first part to Peter Squeri and Theresa Squeri, Ole G. Carlsen and Anna N. Carlsen, James E. Hoolahan and Viola Hoolahan, Alfred C. Shepard and Frances R. Shepard, Richard Baer, the Long Island Lighting Company and the New York Telephone Company. SUBJECT to covenants, easements and restrictions of record. BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises heretofore conveyed by Gerard E. Neyroud to the party of the first part by deed dated November 16, 1951, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3294 of Deeds at page 3$ on November 27, 1951.
