ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and being a strip of land 50 feet in width
over portions of Lot 51, 49, 46 and 47 on e certain map entitled
"Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park situate at Bayview, Town of
Southold, New York" made by Otto I+'. Van Tuyl, September 15, 1926 and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map Number 90, and
over a portion of Clear View Road as shorn on said Map, and being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point marked by the intersection of the easterly
line of Cedar Point Drive with the northerly corner of Lot No. 51 as
shown on said Map, and the westerly or southwesterly corner of land
believed to be of Sutherland and designated as !Roserved, Cedar Beach
Inn" on said Map; running thence in a southeasterly direction along
the:northerly line of said Lot No. 51, South 66 degrees 52 minutes
20 seconds East across Clear View Road, and continuing in the same
direction across Lots 49 and 4.7, to the westerly line of private road
designated as Orchard Lane on said Map; running thence in a southerly
direction along the westerly side of Orchard Lane a distance of
feet, more or less, to a point which is 50 feet south of the�nor't1_ierly"'e
line of the premises herein described, when measured at right angles
thereto; running thence North 66 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds ?lest,
