WCPNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollar paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim onto the party of the second part,the heir or sucreesors and
a assigns of the party of the second part forever, all of their interest in and to
GALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being uutbe North of the Village of Southold, in the Town of
':Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the southerly line of Sound View Avenue at the point
of intersection formed by the westerly line of the lands now or
'r formerly of John Charnews with the southerly line of Sound View
Avenue and being the northeasterly oorner of the premises herein
described; running thence in a general southerly direction along the
!westerly line of said lands now or formerly of John Charnews a
distance of 200 feet to a point; thence 1n a general westerly direct-
ion along lands now or formerly of Julius Zebroskl and on a line
parallel with the southerly line of Sound View Avenue a distance of
'. 100 feet to a point; thence in a general northerly direction and
- still along lands now or formerly of Julius Zebroski and on a line
parallel to the westerly line of the lands now or formerly of the
said John Charnews a distance of 200 feet to a point on the
- southerly line of Sound View Avenue; thence in a general easterly
direction along the southerly line of Sound View Avenue a distance
of 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises as was conveyed by
Julius Zebroakl by deed dated 19 November, 1949 and recorded in
. Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 2$, 1949 in Libor 3020
op 3$0, to the parties of the first and second part herein.
