corner of the promises heroin described;
running thence along the northerly line of Middle Road, North 65
degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 170 foot;
running thonce North 35 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West, a
distance of 137.45 foot to An iron pipe and land now or formorly
of Long Island Cauliflower Distributors, Inc.;
running thence along said land of Long Island Cauliflower Distributors,
Inc., South 60 degrees 11; minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of
170 feet, more or loss, to land of Jennings;
running thence along said land of Jennings, South 36 degrees 15
minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 121.87 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the seller, if
any, in and to the highway in front of and abutting said promises.
SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions in deed of Herold E.
Tuthill to Frank A. Mennelle and Henrietta V. Mennella, his wife,
dated January 30, 1953, and recorded January 31, 1953 in the
Suffolk County Clorkes Office in Libor 3469 of deeds at page 446.
This deed is given solely for the purpose of correcting the des-
cription contained in a certain deed from Frank A. Monne lla to
LIBER
COaatline Growers Co-Operative, Inc. dated May ll, 19$9 4annd and
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 12, 19$9 in Libor 4624
