and the Southwesterly corner of other land of Arthur Cornell and Cline
W. Cornell, his wife); running thence along said Northerly line of
Christopher Street, South 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West a dis-
tance of 65.0 feet; running thence North 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 ae-
condo West a distance of 100.0 feet to premises conveyed or about to
be conveyed to George Biehl and Mary A. Biehl, his wife; running thence
