Smith, Daniel I. Smith, George Herbert Smith and William B. Van Tuyl, L.S., Greenport, N.Y., filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on November 22, 1948 as and by File No. 1663, said premises being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Smith Drive North at the intersection of the southeasterly side of Lot No. 36 on said mapwith the northwesterly side of Lot No. 37; running thence in a general northeasterly direction along the southeasterly side of other land of R.Bradford Bayliss and wife, a distance of 262.32 feet to a point on the southerly side of West Creek; running thence in a general southwesterly direction to a point on the northeasterly side. of Smith Drive North (which point is 15 feet southerly from the point of beginning when measured along the northeasterly side of Smith Drive North); running thence in a general northwesterly direction along the northeasterly side of Smith Drive North a distance of 15 feet to the point or place of beginning. Said premises being a triangular strip of land having a 15 foot front- age on Smith Drive North.
