PARCEL I
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Bayview Road
about 1000 feet westerly along said line from Jacob's Lane, being
the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Howard A. Toedter Inc.
to Lefferts Edson; and running thence westerly along said southerly
line of Main Bayview Road, 2 courses, as follows: (1) North 600
02140" West 636.72 feet to a monument; and (2) North 64007' West 9
feet, more or less, to land conveyed by Howard A. Toedter Inc. to
Willi= Victoria; thence along said land of Victoria southerly and
then southwesterly about 350 feet to meadow of Terry Estate; thence
along said meadow of Terry Estate, easterly, and then southerly,
and then again easterly, and then southeasterly about 600 feet to
Corey's Creek; thence along said Corey's Creek, southwesterly, and
thence southeasterly, and then southerly, and then easterly about
950 feet to said land of Edson; thence along said land of Edson, 2
courses, as follows: (1) North 35010'10" East 970 feet, more or
less; thence (2) North 29057120" East 300.0 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
RIGHT OF WAY
SUBJECT to a 50 foot Right of Way over the easterly part of the
premises from said Main Bayview Road Southerly to said Corey's Creek
the easterly side of which is the easterly boundary of the premises
and the westerly side of which is parallel with and 50 feet westerly
therefrom, measured at right angles thereto.
SUBJECT to a Right of Way over the westerly part of the premises
from said Main Bayview Road, southerly to said meadow of Terry
Estate, said Right of Way adjoining the Westerly boundary of the
premises. -

ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land and salt meadow
situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows:

BEGINNING at a point ad the northerly shore of Corey's Creek ad-
joining salt meadow of William Victoria and running thence north-
easterly through a concrete monument about 150 feet to a concrete
monument on the easterly side of a small island; thence southeaster)
across other salt meadow about 21 feet to a concrete monument and a
larger island; thence along the shore of the last described island
southerly, then southeasterly, then easterly, then northeasterly,
about 350 feet to a concrete monument; thence easterly across salt
meadow about 75 feet to a concrete monument and land of Bangert and
Hering (all of the above described courses being along land or salt
meadow of said William Victoria); thence along the upland South-
westerly, then southeasterly, then easterly, about 425 feet to a -
concrete monument; thence southeasterly across salt meadow and -
through a concrete monument about 70 feet to a gutter; thence along
said gutter southwesterly, then southerly, then westerly, about 200 -
3 feet to Corey Creek (all of the last seven courses being along
land or salt meadow of Bangert and Hering); thence in a general
?i northwesterly direction along the shore of said Corey Creek about
y 400 feet to the point or place of beginning. _
