Neck, Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of Now York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Oakwood Drive,
215.0 feet westerly along said southerly line from North Bayview
y 1� Road; from said point of beginning running along land of the party
of the first part, South 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East a
distance of 250 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark
of Goose Creek; thence westerly along said high water mark, 60
feet, more or less, to land conveyed by the party of the first
part to Simons; thence along said land of Simons, 2 courses, as
follows:

feet, more or less, to an iron pipe; thence
