corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 24, 1959
in Liber 4590 of deeds at page 4.66, and subject to the covenant
and restriction therein Bet forth and subject to the reservation
relative to the right to dedicate the roads to the Town of Southold
as public highways.
