COMeAREV Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, more particularly- bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of a 20'
private road known as "Hilltop Path", 60.0 feet southeasterly along
said northeasterly line from a 20' private road known as "Sunset
Path", said point of beginning being the southerly corner of land of
Carlsen; from said point of beginning running along said land of Carl-
sen, North 58 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds East 163.66 feet to an iron
pipe and other land of said Carlson; thence along said other land of
Carlsen, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) South 59 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds East 37.50 feet; thence
(2) South 53 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East 38.11 feet to an iron
pipe on the northwesterly line of said "Hilltop Path" ; thence along
said northwesterly line of "Hilltop Path", 2 courses, as follows:
(1) South 25 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 56.47 feet; thence
(2) South 38 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds hest 70.0 feet to said
northeasterly line of said "Hilltop Path" ; thence along said north-
easterly line of "Hilltop Path", North 64 degrees 50 minutes 00 se-
conds West 149.40 feet to the point of beginning.
