known as Beverly Road# 210.24 feet southerly along the said line from
a point on the southerly line of North Road which is 149.33 feet west

thence along said easterly line of Beverly Road, south 31 degrees 40
minutes 50 seconds east, 35 feet to a point marktng the northeast-
erly corner of other land of the party of the second part; running
thence along said other land of the party of the second part, south
63 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds east, 115 feet,more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Old Cove, an indentation of drshamomaque
Pond; thence northerly along Said ordinary high water mark of Old
Cove, 35 feet, more or less, to a point; thence along other land of
the party of the first part and across Beverly Road, north 63 degrees
49 minutes 10 seconds east, about 120 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over Beverly Road from the northeasterly
corner of the premises north about 210 feet to the North Road.
SUBJECT to a right of way over Beverly Road across the easterly 20
