Vail; easterly by the lands formerly of Susan B. Terry and hereinafter described and conveyed; southerly by land of the Long Island Railroad Company and westerly by the several lands now or formerly of William H. Richmond and William B. Vail, containing nine (9) acres, three (3) roods and four (4) rods. PARCEL II - All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land adjoining the foregoing Parcel I herein bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land formerly of Alfred H. Sandford, Deceased, on a line continuous with the northerly line of the piece of land described as Parcel I herein; easterly also by the land of the said Alfred H. Sandford, Deceased, on a line parallel with the easterly line of the foregoing Parcel I herein; southerly by the land of the Long Island Railroad Company and westerly by the aforesaid Parcel I herein, and containing two (2) acres and thirty-six (36) rods by measurement. TOGETHER with the right of way to the premises hereby conveyed from the main public highway, known as Main Road, across the westerly side CM of lands formerly of Alfred H. Sandford, Deceased, and adjoining c, or!!' the easterly line of lands formerly of J. Reeves Goldsmith and also now or formerly of Warren Carpenter, through any gates and bars, for the convenience and customary use and purpose of the parties of the WH WH second part, their distributees and assigns forever. 7 SUBJECT to, and including, covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any, now affecting the premises. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part under his then spelt name of Joseph Bladdis, by deed of Peter A. Gaffga, dated and recorded on the 2nd day of January, 1924 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 1087 cp 268. The parties hereto have been continuously married to each other for more than forty (40) years. i
