New York, and CHARLES H. BETZ,SR., residing at 71 Woodside Road, Winchester,
Massachusetts, as Tenants in Common,
Patty of the ascend part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plat,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon created,situate,
lying and being 4&dw at Indian Neck near Peconic, in the Torn of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, designated as Lot 22 on a map of "Indian Neck
Park, George W. Smith, owner, scale 1" to 801 made by Franklin E. Overton, M. E.,
surveyor, 1912 and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Uffice on the 27th day of May,
1913, and numbered 551.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the one rod road laid out on said map ad pining
said Lot E., and said Lot 34 to and from the private mad two rods wide laid out
on said map and which extends from the 1n91en Neck Road to Little Peconic Bay,
together with a right of way to said Indian Neck Bay to said Indian Neck Roed,
over said two rod road, from all of said lots, together with all the right,
title and interest of the said party of the first part to lands under winter or
below high water mark in Little Peconic Bay. _
