PARCEL No. 1. BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side
of Fasbender Avenue as the same is now laid out and opened distant
four hundred ninety-two and three-tenths (492.3) feet southwesterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the said northwesterly
side of Fasbender Avenue with the southwesterly side of Mill Road;
thence in a westerly direction and along a farm line eighty-three
and eight-tenths (83.8) feet to land of the A. M. Salmon Estate;
thence along land of said Estate the two following courses, viz:
South 54 degrees, 30 minutes west two hundred fifty-seven and four-
tenths (257.4) feet to a stake set at an angle in said line; thence
South 41 degrees, 48 minutes east one hundred three and four-tenths
feet to the westerly side of Sound View Avenue as now laid out and
opened and thence in a general northerly direction and along the said
Westerly side of Sound View Avenue as the same winds and turns three
hundred forty-five and six-tenths (345.6) feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
PARCEL No. 2. BEGINNING at a point where the southeasterly
side of Fasbender Avenue intersects the northeasterly side of Sound
View Avenue; thence southeasterly and along the said northeasterly
side of Sound View Avenue one hundred fifty-one and six-tenths (151.6)
feet; thence North sixty-two degrees, forty-five minutes east forty-
six and seven-tenths (46.7) feet; thence North twenty-eight degrees,
00 minutes west one hundred forty and forty-five-hundreds (140.45)
feet to the said southeasterly side of Fasbender Avenue and thence in
a westerly direction and along the said southeasterly side of Fasbender
Avenue one hundred two and three-tenths (102.3) feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
