ALL that certain plot,piece or pawl of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon meted,situate,
lyingandbeioginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffollit and State of New
York, Bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Kenney's Road where the
nor herly side of Leeton Drive intersects same; thence running south
45 degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds west along said northerly side of
Leeton Drive 1,975 feet to the point or place of beginning of the
Premises hereby described:
BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, running thence
north 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds west 204 feet, more or less,
to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound; thence running west-
wardly along said mean highwater line of Long Island Sound 50 feet,
more or less; thence running south 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 36 seconds
east 207 feet, more or less, to the northerly side of Leeton Drive;
thence running eastwardly along said northerly side of Leeton Drive
50 feet to the point or place of beginning, hereinafter referred to
as "Premises";
SAID PREMISES, for the purpose of further identification only, are
known as the westerly one-half (1/2) of Plot Numbered 31 and the
easterly one-half (1/2) of Plot Numbered 32 on a certain map entitled
Map of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold,Suffolk
County, New York, owned by Lidico Corporation, made July, 1950 by
William L. Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional Engineer-Land
Surveyor, New York State License No. 7885, and guaranteed to the
Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company on July 20, 1950,
and which map is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the County
_ of Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York.
