feet; thence along other land of the parties hereto, two courses,
as follows: (1) North 30 degrees 36 minutes 10 seconds East a dis-
tance of 882.34 feet; thence (2) South 69 degrees 26 minutes 50
seconds East a distance of 768.33 feet to land shown on said map
of "Cedar Beach Park"; thence alon- said last described land, four
courses, as follows:

feet to a monument; thence
(2) South 22 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 197.92
feet; thence
(3) North 69 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 470.88
feet; thence
(4) South 30 degrees 36 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 562.62
