HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 5461 P 58 THIS IN~TUBE, made the 1st day of, November one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three, between HELEN BAER, of East Northport, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, party of the first part, and MARIE WHITE A/K/AMARIE BAER, of Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, party of the second part: WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in con- sideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, to her in hand paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, MARIE WHITE A/K/A MARIE BAER, her heirs and assi~ forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with t~ buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of ~ 20 foot private road known as "Hilltop Path", 60.0 feet southeast- erly along said northeasterly line from a 20 foot private road known as "Sunset Path", said point of beginning being the souther- ly corner of land now or formerly of Carlsen; from said point of beginning running along said land now or formerly of Carlsen, North 58 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds East 163.66 feet to an iror pipe and other land of said Carlsen; thence along said other land of carlsen, 2 courses, as follows: (1) South 59 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds East 37.50 feet, thence (2) South 53 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East 38.11 feet to an iron pipe on the northwesterly line of said "Hilltop Path"; thence along said northwesterly line of "Hilltop Path", 2 courses, as follows: (1) South 25 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 56.47 feet; thence (2) South 38 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 70.0 to said northeasterly line of said "Hilltop Path"; thence along said northeasterly line of "Hilltop Path", North 64 degrees, 50 545! 59 minutes 00 seconds West 149.40 feet to the point of beginning. Together with a right of way over said 20 foot private road known as "Hilltop Path" from the northeasferly corner of the premises southwesterly and then northwesterly about 335 feet to said 20 foot private road known as "Sunset Path". Together with a right of way 20 feet wide from said "Sun set Path" southerly about 210 feet to Horton Lane. Together with a right of way ove~ said 20 foot private road known as "Sunset Path" across land of MARGERY D. BURNS. Also with the right to use, in common with others, a private beach lying between the boundary lines of said land of MARGERY D. BURNS and extending from Long Island Sound easterly about 200 feet to said "Sunset Path". Being and intended to he the same premises conveyed to RICHARD BAER by MARGERY D. BURNS, by deed executed and delivered on the 9th day of May, 1960, and upon which a purchase-money mortgage was given by the said RICHARD BAER to the said MARGERY D. BURNS, on the 9th day of May, 1960, and the same premises devised to the party of the second part, by the Last Will and Testament of/ RICHARD T. BAER, deceased, dated the 1st day of April, 1962, and duly admitted to probate by decree of the Surrogate's Court of Queens County on the 10th day of December, 1962. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the est~t~ ~
