ALL those parcels of land with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lots 34, 35, 36,
37, 38 and 39 in Block D, as shown on a certain map made
July 22, 1930 by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., entitled
"Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, L.I., N.Y., in the Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York, on
July 2, 1931 as Map Number 631, which said lots, when taken
together, are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the easterly line of
Oak Drive at the division line between Lots 33 and 34 in Block D
on said map; running thence south 69 degrees 46 minutes east along
said division line 165 feet to a concrete monument set in the
westerly line of a 25 foot roadway; thence south 20 degrees
14 minutes west along the westerly line of said roadway 90 feet;
thence southerly still along the westerly line of said roadway
on the arc of a curve to the left, the chord of which bears
south 0 degrees 9 minutes 50 seconds east 148.40 feet; thence
southwesterly still along the westerly line of said roadway
r on the arc of a curve to the right, the chord of which bears
south 45 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds west 26.50 feet, to a
point in the northeasterly line of Oak Drive; thence northwesterly
along the northeasterly line of Oak Drive on the arc of a curve
to the right to a point distant 97.10 feet southerly measured
along the easterly line of Oak Drive, from the point of beginning;
and thence north 20 degrees 14 minutes east along the easterly
line of oak Drive 97.10 feet to the point or place of beginning.
