I ALL that certain plo,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and iniptuanimts thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, ]mown and
designated as and by the Plots Nom. 145, 146, 147 and 348, together with
the buildings and improvements thereon, on a certain Map entitled "Map
�• of Goose Bay Estates", in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, said map being mado by Lewis N. Waters, L.S., of Oyster Bay, L.I.,
Now York, dated September 12, 1934, and filed in the office of the Clark
of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November, 1934, as and by
2 the Map No. 1176, (Abstract No. 1197).
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Seller of, in and

k �- tioned, to the center line thereof, subject to the right of other owners
of plots on the said Map to pass over and reasonably use the same.

plots Nos. 168 to 195, both inclusive, and Plots Nos. 277 to 310, both
inclusive, said right to be in common with other plot owners on said
