ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Southold,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, -
bounded and described as follows:--
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a proposed 50 foot
highway over land of the party of the first part, said point of be-
ginning being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
monument on the southerly line of Pine Neck Road at the northeasterly
corner of land of the party of the first part and the northwesterly
corner of land of Breitstadt and running along said southerly line of
Pine Neck Road, North 83 degrees 47 minutes 10 aeconds West a distance
of 210.38 feet; thence along the westerly line of a proposed 50 foot
highway over said land of the party of the first part, South 9 degrees
40 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 350.28 feet; thence along
said northerly line of said proposed 50 foot highway, North 78 degrees
22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 110.0 feet to the point of
beginning of the premises, from said point of beginning runningalong
said northerly line of said proposed 50 foot highway, North 78 degrees
22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 115.0 feet; thence along said
land of the party of the first part, 3 courses, as follows:
