MYERS, as Executor of the Esta=e of Richard T. Baer, Deceased
under Wili, dated April 1, 1962, duly admitted to Probate on
December 10th, 1962, in the Surrogate's Court of Queens Count
hereinafter referred to as party of first part, and MARIE
WHITE, A/K/A MARIE ~J~ER, of Southold, Town of Southold, Suf-
folk County, Long Island, New York, hereinafter referred to
as the party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the ~arty of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money
of the united States, to her in hand paid by the party of
the second park does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unt~
the party of the second part, MARIE W~ITE A/K/A MARIE BA~R,
her heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, wit}
the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows
Beginning at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line
of a 20 foot private road known as "Hilltop Path", 60.0 feet
southeasterly along said northeasterly line from a 20 foot
private road known as "Sunset Path", said point of beginning
being the southerly corner of land now or formerly of Carlsen
from said point of beginning running along said land now
Or formerly of Carlsen, North 58 degrees 54 minutes 40 second~
East 163.66 feet to an iron pi~e and other land of said Carls,
thence along said other land of Carlsen, 2 courses, as follow:
(1) South 59 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds East
37.50 feet, thence
(2) South 53 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East
38.11 feet to an iron pipe on the northwesterly line of said
"Hilltop Path..; thence along said northwesterly line of "Hill-
top Path", 2 courses as follows:
(1) South 25 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West
56.47 feet; thence
(2) South 38 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West
70.0 to said northeasterly line of said "Hilltop Path", thenc
along said northeasterly line of "Hilltop Path", North 64
degrees, 50 minutes 00 seconds West 149.40 feet to the point
of beginning.
Together with a right of way over said 20 foo~
private road known as "Hilltop Path" from the northeasterly
corner of the premises southwesterly and then northwesterly
about 335 feet to said 20 foot private road known as "Sunset
Path".
Together with a right of way 20 feet wide from
said ,,Sunset Path" southerly about 210 feet to Horton Lane.
Together with a right of way over said 20 foot
private road known as "sunset Path" across land of MARGERY
D. BURNS.
Also with the right to use, in co--on with others,
a private beach lying between the boundary lines of said land
of MARGERY D. BURNS and extending from Long Island Sound
easterly about 200 feet to said "Sunset Path".
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed
to RICHARD BAER by MARGERY D. BURNS, by deed executed and
delivered on the 9th day of May, 1960, and upon which a
purchase-~ney mortgage was given by the said RICHARD BAER to
the said MARGERY D. BURNS, on the 9th day of May, 1960, and
the same premises devised to the party of the second part, by
the Last will and Testament of RICHARD T. BAER, deceased,
dated the 1st day of April, 1962, and duly admitted to probat~
by decree of the Surrogate's Court of Queens County on the 10t
day of December, 1962.
