WOLZ, his wife, as tenants by the ant o , o residing at South.,T_, Suffolk County, Now York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of - - - - - - ONE (41.00) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -dollars, lawfalmoneyof the United States,and other good and valuable consideration, Paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release auto the party of the second part,the hairs or snteessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, I ALL that certain tract, parcel or piece of land lying, being and situate at Paradise Point, in Hay View, near the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Now York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of a 50 foot private road, hereinafter described, atthe northeasterly corner of other land of the parties of the second part; and RUNMIG thence along said southeasterly line of said 50 foot private road north 52 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds east 25.0 foot; THENCE along land now or formerly of John Scalia south 43 degrees qO minutes 10 seconds oast 263 foot more or less to ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay; THM, CE southwesterly along said highwater mark 25 fact more or less to said other land of the parties of the second part; TH-MCE along said land north 43 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds west 266 foot more or less to the point of beginning. TOGETH,12 with a right of way for ingress and ogress from and to said promises, to and from the public highway, known as Paradise Point Road, for travel and passage by foot and by vehicles, over said fifty (50) foot private road running in a general southwesterly direction along the westerly side of said promises, over land adjoining the above described promises and other land now or formerly of Paradise Point Incorporated to the northerly end of the public highway known as Paradise Point Road. TOGETHER with a right of way in and over all roads, as they may be constructed or are presently constructed, including the right of way hereinbefore mentioned, on the entire tract owned by the party of the first part, a portion of which comprises the pranises herein- above described, which tract is known as Paradise Point in said Southold, reserving to the party of the first part, its successors and assigns, the right to change, alter, amend or withdraw any road or right of way either now laid out, including the right of way here- inbef ore mentioned, or to be laid out, so long as normal ingress and egress is provided to and from th= afore-d,scr bed eromises to the Public Highway, known as Paradise Point Road.
