Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June 1956 as Map No. 2575. SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by the party of the first part on October 20, 1959, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4711 at page 85.
