and existing under, and by virture of the laws of the State of New
York, and having its principal place of business at 100 South Main
Street, in the Village of Freeport and County of Nassau,
partyofthefirstpart,and FRED J. VOLLMUTE and HELENE MARION VOLLMUTH, his
wife, both residing at 39 Bayview Avenue, Blue Point, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second?art,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plat,piece or parcel of land,
situate,lying and being itKafte at Bayview, near Southold, n the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and desig-
nated as lot number twelve (12) on a certain map entitled "Seawood
Acres, Section One, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York," surveyed January 19, 1956, by Otto W. Van Tuyl &
Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June 1956
as Map No. 2575.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by
the party of the first part on October 20, 1959, in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 4711 at page 85.
