THIS INDENTURE,made the day of August ,ohesteen hundred and sixty-three,
£ BETWEEN MADELEINE R. ARMSTRONG, residing at 3817 Harrison Street
N.W., Washington 15, D.C.,
party of the first part,and
CONRAD A. VEROSTEK and SESSIE VEROSTEK, his wife, as tenants
by the anti nett', both residing at Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

State of Now York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINTNING at a point on the curved southeasterly line of Middle
Road where said southeasterly line is intersected by the boundary
line between land of the party of the first part and land of the

along said land of the party of the second part, South 32 degrees
04 minutes East a distance of 226 feet, more or less, to a monument
at the southerly corner thereof; thence on the direct extension
southwesterly of the southeasterly boundary of said land of the
party of the second part, South 57 degrees 56 minutes West a dis-
tance of 40.0 feet; thence thru said land of the party of the
first part, North 32 degrees 04 minutes West a distance of 226
feet, more or less, to said southeasterly line of Middle Road;
thence northeasterly along said southeasterly line on a curve to
the left having a radius of 2325.01 feet, a distance of 40 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
