and being at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New .York, bounded northerly by PARCEL THREE;
easterly by other land of Arthur F. Warden and Margaret J.Warden, -
his wife, southerly by the northerly line of the dredged canals and
westerly by other land of George W. Smith and Sons, Inc.
The aforesaid PARCELS THREE AND FOUR being adjacent and conti-
guous and being more partieu arly.bo=d and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Smith Drive South
at the intersection pf said southerly line with the dividing line
between lots 48 and 49, assahown on a map entitled, "Map of Goose
Neck, situate at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York" and filed in the Suffolk County Clark's Office as map number
1663;
RUNNING from said point of beginning along said southerly line of
112 Smith Drive South, North 80 degrees 30 minutes East 35.71 feet;
THENCE along land conveyed by the party of the first part to the
parties of the second part by deed dated March 22, 1952, South 30
degrees 30 minutes East 296 feet, more or less, to the northerly line
of a dredged canal;
THENCE westerly along said dredged canal 37 feet, more or less,
totheextension southeasterly of the northeasterly line of said
lot 49;
THENCE along said extension and along said northeasterly line
of said lot 49, being parallel to the northeasterly boundary line of
the Promises herein described North 30 .degrees 30 minutes West 295
feet, more or less, tothepoint of BEGINNING.
Parcel One and Parcel Three are registered in the name of
Arthur F. Warden and Margaret J. Warden under Certificate of Title
#18693 and #28127 in the Office of the Registrar of Suffolk County
such title having been -first registered in said office on March
25, 1946.
SUBJECT to the same covenants and restrictions as set forth
in Land Title Registration Certificates #18693 and #28127 and in
Deed recorded in Liber 3335 of deeds at page 234.
TOGETHER with the right to the use for all reasonable Purposes, in
common with others, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations
with respect to the use thereof as George W. Smith & Sons, Inc, may
from time to time put into effect, that portion of Lots No. 37 and 38
and.part of lot 39 on said maD,known as the beach property, it being,
the intention of the said George W. Smith & Sons, Inc. to grant to
the parties of the second partthe same rights that George W. Smith &
Sons, Inc. has heretofore granted to other grantees of lots on said
map.
TOGETHER with the right to use for access to and from Goose Bay
and the premises above described, for all reasonable purposes, in
co=on with others, (and subject to such reasonable rules and re-
�ulations with respect to the use thereof as George W. Smith & Sons,
no. may,put into effect}, the dredged canal-extending -from the south-

Bay; and, also extending westerly and then southerly to Goose Bay.
