WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being ialte at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of the Main Road at
the southwesterly corner of premises herein to be described and the
southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Armond Rose, said
point of beginning being 385.67 feet easterly when measured along
the northerly aide of Main Road from the easterly side of Railroad
Avenue; running thence northerly along the easterly side of land now
or formerly of Armond Rose on a course North 20 degrees 50 minutes
20 seconds West a distance of 200.00 feet; running thence easterly
along the southerly side of lands now pr formerly of Benjamin 0. Wells,
on a course bearing North 69 degrees 1 minute 40 seconds East a dis-
tance of 116.60 feet; running thane southerly along other lands of
Benjamin 0. Wells and lands now or formerly of Orlando Wella on a
course South 20 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 200
feet to the northerly side of Main Road; running thence westerly along
the northerly side of Main Road on a course South 69 degrees 1 minute
40 seconds West a distance of 116.60 feet to the point or place of
beginning, according to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed
Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantors ��
herein by Benjamin 0. Wells, by deed dated October 11, 1955 and re-
