W. Smith & Sons" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Sur- voyor, Groenport,. Now York, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 22, 1948 as and by File Numbor 1663. PARCEL TWO: ALL that tract, parcel or piece of land, situate, lying 7d-Weing at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of r:ow York, bounded northerly by PARCEL ONE a distance of 107.64 feet; easterly by other land of Goorge W. Smith & Sons, Inc. a distance of 45 foot, more or less; southerly.by the northerly line of the dredged canal; and westerly by other land of George W. Smith & Sons, Inc. TOGETHER with the right to the use for all reasonable purposes, in common with others, subj oct to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof as George W.
