W. Smith & Sons", made by Otto W. VanTuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on November 22, 1948, as and by file 1663, bounded and described according to said map as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Main Bayview Road, which point is north 51000' west, a distance of 75 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly line of Smith Drive North with the easterly line of Main Bayview Road; running thence along the easterly line of blain Bayview Road,nurth 51000' west, a distance of 81.08 feet to a point marked by a monu- ment and land now or formerly of George M. Tisdale; running thence north 41025'east, a distance of 129.34 feet; running thence north 40045' east, a distance of 20.79 feet; running thence south 51°00' east, a distance of 75 feet to land of Parker E. Dickerson; running thence south 39000; west, a distance of 150 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in an& to the highways in front of and abutting said premises to the center lines thereof. TOGETHER with the right to use, for all reasonable purposes, in common with others, SUBJECT to. such reasonable rules and regula-tions with respect to the use thereof as George W.
