Beginning at a monument at the intersection of the curved
southeasterly line of Lake Drive, with the southwesterly line of
Kenny's Road; running thence along said line of Kenny's Road
South 40 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East 249.00 feet to land
of D'Antonio; thence along said land of D'Antonio South 49 degrees
07 minutes 00 seconds 'lest 5 feet, more or less, to the shore of
Great Pond; thence northwesterly along the shore of Greet Pond
ej about 175 feet; thence southwesterly along said shore line about
125 feet to other land of thepartyof the first part; thence along.
the last described land North 44. degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West
220 feet, more or less, to the southeasterly line of Lake Drive;
thence along said line of Lake Drive three courses, as follows:
(1) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 102,66 feet, a
distance of 13.34 feet to a monument; thence
(2) North 60 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East 93.15 feet to a
monument; thence
(3) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 35.95 feet, e
