GEORGE W. SMITH & SONS, INC., a corporation organized under and
existing by virtue of the stock corporation law of the State of
New York, having its principal office at Main Road, Southold,

WILLIAM B. SMITH, residing at Southold, Now York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
Ten ($10.00)-------------------------------------------------dollars,
landnl money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,docs hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, all its right, title
and interest to the below described real property.
ALL that certain plot,piece Or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
pang and being intcx Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as followst
Beginning at a monument at the intersection of the curved south—
easterly line of Lake Drive, with the southwesterly line of Kenny's
Road, running thence along said line of Kenny's Road South 11.0 degrees
53 minutes 00 seconds East 249.00 feet to land of DtAntonio; thence
along said land of D'Antonio south 11.9 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds
West 5 feet, more or lose, to the shore of Great Pond; thence north-
westerly along the shore of Great Pond about 175 feet; thence South-
westerly along said shore line about 125 feet to land now or formerly
of Daniel T. Smith; thence along the last described land North 44
degrees 214 minutes 30 seconds West 220 feet, more or less, to the
southeasterly line of Lake Drive; thence along amid line of Lake Drive
three courses, as follows:
(1) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 102,66 feet, a
distance of 18.314 feet to a monument; thence
(2) North 60 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East 93.15 feet to a
monument; thence
(3) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 35.95 feet, s
distance of 149.57 feet to the point of beginning.
This in a correction and confirmation dead.
Deed made by Southold Development Corporation to William B.
Smith, dated May 16th, 1962 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office on May 17th, 1962 In Liber 5167 at page 142 attempted
to convey the extreme southeasterly portion of the promises here-
inabove described. This said portion should have been conveyed to
the above mentioned grantee by George W. Smith & Sons, Ina. This
deed aures that defect.
