Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to:Louis N.
Sanford by the following two deeds:
(1) Deed from William H. Clark toLouisN. Sanford, dated December
7th, 1945, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
October 2, 1946, in liber 2629 of deeds at page 431;
(2) Deed from Richard T. Gilmartin as Oommissioner of Public Welfare,
to Louis N. Sanford, dated September 30, 1946, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2, 1946, in liber 2629 of
deeds at page 428; and further the same.premises of which Louis N.
Sanford died seised and possessed on March 21st, 1955s which pmmiaes
were devised to Florence H. Sanford, the grantor herein, by the last
Will and Testament of Louie N. Sanford duly admitted to probate by
the Surrogate of Suffolk County on March 27, 1956 (Suffolk County
Surrogate's Court No. 1007-P-1956)•
