Railroad; thence South 72 degrees 32 minutes West along said last

along land now or formerly of Long Island Railroad and land now or
formerly of Goldsmith and Tuthill 145.25 feet to the southerly side
of Hummel Avenue; thence North 72 degrees 30 minutes East along the
southerly side of Hummel Avenue 370.35 feet to the corner at the
point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
