in a northerly direction on a line at right angles to the last
described course a distance of 152.50 feet to land now or for-
merly of C. W. Booth; running thence along said lend of Booth,
North 148 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East adistance of
128.51 feet to the westerly line of Hortonts Lane; running thence
South 47 degrees 148 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 152.32
feet to the point or place of beginning.
