BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed by Charles Budd
Byron to Helen Byron (also known as Nellie French Little) by deed
dated January 28, 1924, recorded February 4, 1924, liber 1092 of deeds
page 453, in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County, and part of
the premises of which the said Helen Byron died seized and possessed.
