36 minutes, 00 seconds West 194 feet, more or less,
to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound;
running thence eastwardly along said mean highwater
line of Long Island Sound 100 feet; thence South
50 degrees, 36 minutes,. 00 seconds East 196 feet,
more or less, to the northerly side of North Sea
Drive; running thence South 39 degrees, 24 minutes,
00 seconds West along said northerly side of North
Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of
beginning;
