maintained to take care of the sewage disposal.
9. Said premises shall be subject to electric, electric light', gas and

10. No sand, earth or sod shall be removed from the premises, or exca-
vaaion be allowed to remain open thereau, except aa may be necessary at

ll. The said covenants and restrictions are hereby declared to be
coven~uts and restrictions attached to ~ud ~uning with the land. That

owned by him both north of No~th Pa~ish Drive and elsewhere.
