�� THIS INDENTURE made the 7.'3 day of October, 1962, between Light-
house Development Corp., a domestic corporation having its office
3� and principal place of business at Southold, New York, party of
the first part, and Ralph Pulitzer, Jr., residing at 191 Elder-
fields Road, Manhasset, New York, party of the second part, .
I! WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Southold in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:-

way over land of Lighthouse Development Corp., said right of way
being more particularly described as follows: the westerly line of
a 30 foot right of way begins at a point on the northerly line of
Pine Neck Road at the southwest corner of land of the Lighthouse
Development Corp., and the southeast corner of land now or formerly
of Ellsworth Grathwohl; and running thence along land of Grathwohl,
north 8055140" west, 200 feet to the northerly line of the 30 foot
right of way; said northerly line (which right of way narrows in its
width as itruns easterly) rune thence 3 courses, as follows:
1) north 78°0'20" east, 260 feet; thence (2) north 84004120" east,
276 feet to.a monument set at the southwesterly corner of land of
Agnes L. Offner; thence (3) north 54032'40" east, 151.74 Peet to
the point of beginning of the premises; said point of beginning be-
ing also the southeast corner of land of said Agnes L. Offner; from
said point of beginning running thence along said land of Offner,
north 6054120" east, 296.39 feet to the ordinary high water mark of
Jockey Creek; thence southeasterly along said high water mark, a
tie line course and distance of south 56039.00^ east, 225 feet;
thence along land of Lighthouse Development.Corp., 2 courses, as
follows: 1) south 25017140" west, 208.41 feet; thence (2) north
89059140" west, 136.70 feet; thence along a right of-way'herein-
after described, north 6054120" east, 18 feet to the point of
beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30 feet in width from a point on the
southerly line of land of Plano. 56 feet
