and State of New York, bounded end described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of North Parish Drive
622.0 feet easterly along said northerly line from the North Road
to Bayview; from said point of beginning running along land now or
formerly of F. Harold Sayre, North 140 051 10" East a distance of
265 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay;
thence easterly along said high water mark 100 feet, more or less,
to land of George Buckley; thence along said land of Bickley,
South IV 051 10" West a distance of 255 feet, more or lees, to a
monument on saidnortherly line of North Parish Drive; thence along
said northerly line of North Parish Drive, North 75D 541 50" West a
distance of 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part herein by deed from F. Harold Sayre dated
April, 1961 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkta Office on May 11,
1961 in Liber 4985 of deeds, Page 163, and SUBJECT to covenants,
restrictions and reservations as contained in said deed.
