point of beginning being 90 feet southeasterly along said boundary

easterly corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to
John Pollwoda and Joan PoUwods by deed dated October 31, 1953,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office November 27, 1953;
from said point of beginning running along sai4land now or formerly
of Dart, south 72°59130" east, 127.03 feet to an iron pipe and land
now or formerly of Wileberg; thence along said land now or formerly
of Wilsberg, south 26006130" west, 162.82 feet; thence along said
land of the party of the first part three courses, as follows:
1) north 72059130" west, 109.06 feet; thence (2) north 19°46150" sae ,
51.09 feet; thence (3) north 72059130" west, 6.55 feet to the south-
easterly corner of said land heretofore conveyed to Poliwoda as afor
said; thence along said land, north 2301015011 east, 110.36 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
