in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
known and designated as Lot number 46, on acertain map entitled "Map of
Goose.Neck, situate at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y.,
owned by G.W. Smith & Sons," made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor,
Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Novem-
ber 22, 1948, as and by File No. 1663.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part, if any, in and to the highway in front of and abutting said
premises, to the center line thereof.
PARCEL TWO:-
ALL that tract, parcel or piece of land, situate, lying and being at Day
View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stat
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of Lot 46 as shown on a map enti
let "Map of Goose Neck situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
N.Y." made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, February 27, 1948 and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerks Office as Map No. 1663; from said point of beginning running
along the southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 46, North 81 degrees, 13
minutes, 10 seconds East, a distance of 15.50 feet; thence along said south-
easterly boundary line of Lot 46 and along the southeasterly boundary line
of Lot 45, as shown on said map, North 57degrees, 10 minutes, 10 seconds
East, a distance of 54.54 feet; thence along the southwesterly boundary
line of said Lot 45, South 50 degrees, 45 minutes, 40 seconds East, a di -
tance of 45.0 feet to the northwesterly shore of a dredged canal; thence
southwesterly along said northwesterly shore of said dredged canal, 90 feet,
more or less, to the point where the direct extension southeasterly of t
boundary line between said Lot 46 and Lot 47, as shown on said map, inter-
sects said northwesterly shore; thence along said direct extension south-
easterly of the boundary line between said Lot 46 and said Lot 47, North
30 degrees, 30 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 45 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning, according to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl,

same premises conveyed by Arthur A. O'Neill, Sr., and Theresa

the Office of the Registrar on the 24th day of August 1954 under
Land Title Registration Certificate 14o.27408.

tain map entitled "Map of Goose Neck, situate at Bayview, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., owned by G.W.Smith & Sons," made
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and file .
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 22, 1948, as and
by File No. 1663.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part, if any, in and to the highway in front of and
abutting said premises, to the center line thereof.
Said Parcel Three being and intended to be the same premises
conveyed by Arthur A. O'Neill, Sr., and Theresa O'Neill, his wife
by deed dated the 23rd day of August 1954 and filed in the Office
