entitled Founders Estates, Inc., made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E.,
dated March 18, 1927 and filed in the Office of the County Clerk
of the County of Suffolk, on May 10th, 1927 and filed as No. 834.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part in and to any. land lying in the bed of Founders
Path, contiguous thereto to the center line thereof, as taken by
the Town of Southold. ' -
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the -
party of the first part by deed of John P. Ruebsamen, Inc., dated
the 13th day of April, 1929 and recorded on the 19th day of April,
1929 in Liber 1427,cp 35.
