Road from the intersection of said easterly line with the northerly

cribed); running thence along said land of Robert Duane Horton and
Ada P. Horton, his wife, North 84 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East,

Richmond's Creek; running thence in a southerly direction along said
ordinary high water mark of Richmond's Creek a distance of 106 feet,
