WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or s.wessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that Y nrcwe�v y,v�or parcel of land,with the buildings tad improvements thereon treated,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly side of the
Main Highway, which point is the northeasterly corner of premises
and the northwesterly corner of land of Mike Surozenski; running
e7�B} thence south 10058100" east, 189.30 feet along said land of Mike
2Ep Surozenski to a post; thence south 9043'20" east, 492.33 feet
\Y„ along said land of Mike Surozenski to a concrete monument; thence

other land of said Mike Surozenski to the easterly line of land
of John blokos; thence north 903015011 west, 344.50 feet along said
land of John Mokoa to a concrete monument and landnowor formerly '
of W. Cortland Case, which point is the westerly end of a line
running east and west parallel to and 6 feet from a barn on said
premises; thence north 67022100" east, 169.71 feet along said line
and said land now or formerly of Case, to a concrete monument;
thence north 17°4514011 west, 224.77 feet along said land now or
formerly of Case to a concrete monument on the southerly line of
the Main Highway and near a certain tree; thence north 59°2910011
east, 243.29 feet along said southerly line of Main Highway to
the point of beginning; containing by measurement 4.43 acres.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by W. Cort—
land Case to Jadwiga Nierodzik by deed dated May 4, 1938, recorded
in liber 1989 of conveyances, page 39, June 18, 1938; said deed -
being intended to correct a description in a prior deed between
the parties theretofor recorded in liber 1965 of conveyances, page
531.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thermf;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to mid premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party ee
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such cousid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the Cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the ware for
any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
