MANNING, his wife, both .residing at Southold, New York, Party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)----------------------------------------------- dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable cons iders tionpaid by the party of the second part,don hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, ]ImP vmmmLUxAbORRteStd situate, lying and being ivcitr& at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue, atthe northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Sohn Torp; running thence in a southeasterly direction along the several lands now or formerly of Terp and the Town of Southold, the following three (3) courses and distances:- 1) south 40 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds . east, a distance of 29,12 feet; thence (2) south 41 degrees 46 min- utes 00 seconds east, a distance of 306.10 feet; thence (3) south 40 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds east, a distance of 402 feet more or less to s point on the northwesterly line of an easement of the Long Island Lighting Company; thence along said northwesterly line ,a of said easement, south 53 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds west 718 v' feet more or less to a point on the northeasterly boundary of land now or formerly of Frank Zaveski; thence along said land of Zaveski, four (4) courses as follows: 1) north 39 degrees 56 minutes 00 sec- onds west 181.35 feet more or less; thence (2) north 39 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds west 270.35 feet; thence (3) north 40 degrees 9 minutes 00 seconds west 147.7 feet; thence (4) north 39 degrees 55 ..minutes 00 seconds west 170.6 feet to the southeasterly line of Sound 'View Avenue; running thence in a general easterly direction, along the southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue, a distance of 370.67 feet to a point; continuing thence along the southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue north 42 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds east, a dis- tance of 344.71 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. THIS DEED is a correction deed to correct en error in deed from the grantor herein to the grantee herein, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 11, 1957 in Liber 4358 at page 461. The error in said deed defined the third course therein as runningsouth53 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds east, 718 feet, whereas it should have appeared as south 53 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds west 718 feet. The said error is hereby corrected by this deed. All of the other ex- clusions, grants, rights of way and covenants set forth in the said deed recorded in Liber 4358 at page 461 are hereby incorporated by reference herein, it not being intended that this deed shall correct or amend the prior deed in any other manner whatsoever.
