on "Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park's which map was filed in the
Ba p Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 12/20/27, as Map #90 and from said
point of beginning
RUNNING THENCE Easterly along the Southerly line of Cedar Beach
Road a distance of 175 feet;
RUNNING THENCE in a Southerly direction at right angles to the
last described course a distance of 135 feet to a point about in the
center of a dredged canal leading to the Cedar Beach Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE Westerly thru said dredged canal and parallel with
said Cedar Beach Road a distance of 175-feet to a point which is 50
feet East of the Easterly line ofsaid lot #174;
RUNNING THENCE Northerly on a.`line parallel to the Easterly line
of said Lot #174 and at all points distant 50 feet Easterly therefrom
when measured at right angles thereto, a distance of 135 feet to the
