State of New York, and more particularly bounded and described as

of beginning is also 10 feet westerly along the said southerly line

Booth; from said point of beginning running South 14 degrees 18
minutes 50 seconds East, 110 feet.along the westerly line of a right
of way to a, point; running thence along land of the party of the

Office on May 27, 1953 in Liber 3521 of deeds at page 431.
