WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by Ile party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pat,,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and
distinguished as Lot #84 on a map-:;antitled "Subdivision Map of
Founders Estates, situate at Sout4old Suffolk County, New York,
made by-;Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and, Surveyor", dated March 18,
` j 1927 and filed in the office of,the Clerk of Suffolk County on
May 10, :1927,. as Map No. 834, and'on-said map bounded Northerly
by Lot #83, Easterly by Lot #92:4 Sastfierly by Lot #85, and Westerly
by Founders Path, being 127 181"t-06 the northerly boundary, 75
feet on the easterly boundary, 119.66..feet on the southerly
I boundary, and 75.37 feet on the westerly boundary.
I TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of theparty of the
first part in and to that portion of Founders Path lying in front
of and adjacent to the'lands and promisee above "scribed to the
center line thereof.`
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting
said premises; and subject also to zoning restrictions and
ordinances adopted by any municipal, town, village or other
governmental authority.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deed by
Founders Estates, Inc, to Archibald N. Young, dated February 18th,
1953, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
February 24, 1953, in Liber 3478 of Deeds at page 190.
