Van Tuylu which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 24, 1953 as Map No. 2141. - Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by William H. jKelynack to James T. Jack and Mildred Jack, his wife, by dead dated j November 1, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office On November 8, 1954, in Liber 3787 of deeds at page 351, and subject to p; the covenants and restrictions contained therein, the said James T. Sack having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk County, Now York, on January 6th, 1961, survived by Mildred Jack, his wife, the party of the first part heroin. SUBJECT, however, to a certain mortgage made by James T. Jack and Mildred Jack, his wife, to Southold Savings Bank dated May 5, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 6, 1955 in Liber 2403 of Mortgages at page 119 which mortgage was origBinally in the amount of $10,000.00 and has now been reduced to $7,627.60, with in- torest thereon from March 5, 1962. The party of the second part hereby assumes liability under and agrees to pay the principal and interest due on said mortgage and the bond of like amount executed simultaneously therewith, to the same extent as if she had originally executed said bond and mortgage, and she has executed and acknowledged this instrument solely for the purpose of evi- dencing her assumption of liability on the bond and mortgage. _ TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER Wirth the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
