THIS INDENTURE. made the 29th day of August . nineteen hundred and sixty-three
BETWEEN JOSEPH R.. LINK and FRANCES K.. LINK, his wife, both residing
at Cottage Place, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part, and CHARLES E. MORTON, residing at 149-50 Hawthorne
Avenue, Flushing, Queens County, New York, and GENEVIVE MORTON, his
wife, of the same place.

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
Mae Turton to Joseph R.Link and Frances K. Link, his wife, by deed
dated April 15., 1960, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts
Off'ice on April 18, 1960, in Liber 4797 of' Conveyances at page 180.
